We will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access was enabled by your own failure to secure your credentials.
Jet Buzz reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal or when suspicious activity is detected on an account. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
Jet Buzz accepts deposits in PKR through the following payment channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers and supported mobile wallets. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees. There is no currency conversion involved and no additional fee applied by Jet Buzz at the deposit stage.
Deposits made via JazzCash or Easypaisa are typically credited to your Jet Buzz account balance within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the bank involved. The time for a deposit to appear in your balance does not constitute a delay on the part of Jet Buzz in cases where the delay originates with the payment provider.
You may only deposit funds that are legitimately your own. The use of funds obtained through fraudulent means or funds belonging to another person is strictly prohibited. Jet Buzz reserves the right to refuse deposits where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the source of funds is illegitimate.
All deposits on Jet Buzz are in PKR. There are no hidden conversion charges. The amount you send via JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer is exactly what appears in your account balance, minus any fees applied by your own payment provider (which are outside our control).
To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified and your balance must contain funds that are not subject to an active bonus wagering requirement. Withdrawal requests submitted while an active bonus is attached to your balance may be declined or may result in the bonus being voided before the withdrawal is processed.
Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible. PKR withdrawals are supported via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer. We do not process withdrawals to payment methods that were not used to fund the account, as a standard anti-fraud measure.
Standard withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes published in our Withdrawal section. VIP members benefit from expedited processing as part of their programme benefits. Processing times quoted by Jet Buzz represent the time taken on our side — additional time may be added by the payment provider or bank before funds reach your account.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are published in the Withdrawal section of the platform. These limits may vary depending on your account level, payment method and current promotional terms. Requests that fall below the minimum withdrawal amount will not be processed until the balance meets the threshold.

Jet Buzz offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and minimum deposit amounts. These specific terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these overall Terms when a bonus is accepted.
Most bonuses on Jet Buzz carry a wagering requirement, which means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be processed. The applicable wagering multiple will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus portion of the balance being forfeited.
Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is still subject to wagering requirements may void the earlier bonus. We recommend completing any active wagering requirement before opting into a new promotion.
Jet Buzz takes bonus abuse seriously. Patterns of play that are clearly designed to exploit bonus structures — such as placing low-risk bets on restricted game types solely to clear wagering requirements, or using multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in bonus cancellation, withdrawal suspension and potential permanent account closure. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests with Jet Buzz and decisions made in this regard are final.
Bonuses are intended to enhance genuine gameplay, not as a mechanism to extract guaranteed profits. Any strategy or pattern of play identified as exploitative will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
Jet Buzz reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bonuses that have already been accepted and are currently active on a player's account.
All casino games, slot games and live casino games on Jet Buzz are operated by certified third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical actions of the dealer in a real-time studio environment. Jet Buzz does not manipulate game outcomes and has no capability to do so through the third-party game engines used on the platform.
Sports betting markets — including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports — are governed by the specific rules published for each market in the Bet section. Bets are settled in accordance with official match results as confirmed by the relevant sporting authority. In the event of match abandonment, postponement or other exceptional circumstances, specific settlement rules for the affected market will apply as detailed in the betting rules.
Jet Buzz reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet at its discretion. This includes situations where a bet appears to be based on insider information, where technical errors have affected the odds displayed, or where the bet amount exceeds the applicable limit for the market in question.
In the event of a technical malfunction, connectivity issue or game error, Jet Buzz reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds affected by the malfunction. No obligation to honour winnings resulting from an evident error — such as an incorrectly displayed jackpot amount or a game displaying an outcome that clearly resulted from a technical fault — will be recognised.
